ABOUT US
David and Jacqueline Bensman are the owners/ property managers of St. Mary's Apartments, in Duluth Minnesota. We have been managing properties for the past eleven years together.
We firmly believe that we have to take care of the environment, because it has no voice.
Here are just a few examples of what we have already put in place: When possible we use recycled materials, locally grown or made products, and we try to find quality products that will last generations, not just for a short time. We have replaced all of the light bulbs in the common areas with compact florescent bulbs. We have also replaced the old inefficient boiler with a new efficient boiler that will not only save us money in the long run, but will save energy. We have also replaced the leaky roof with a quality insulated roof. All of these efforts, along with others that we are doing, are small steps in the direction that we would like to see everyone go in. The earth is only on loan for a short time to us. We need to take care of it.
David is a Broker/Realtor that specializes in commercial real estate.
